Our activities are made possible due to the donations and grants that we receive

from groups, individuals, and the government.

We are always thankful for donations of any size.

Note that we are currently unable to provide tax receipts.

Sponsor an Animal

Sponsoring an animal is a great way to support the care of your favourite animals here at Scales Nature Park.  There are 3 levels of sponsorship:

Level 1

You will receive:

  • a signed certificate of adoption

  • acknowledgment as an 'Animal Adopter' on the animal’s enclosure

$50

Level 2

You will receive:

  • a signed certificate of adoption

  • acknowledgment as an 'Animal Adopter' on the animal’s enclosure

  • a family* day pass to Scales Nature Park

$100

Level 3

You will receive:

  • a signed certificate of adoption

  • acknowledgment as an 'Animal Adopter' on the animal’s enclosure

  • a family pass* to Scales Nature Park

  • a private, behind-the-scenes tour of the facility and meet & greet with your adopted animal on your first visit

$250

*a family constitutes 2 Adults/Seniors+ 2 Children OR 2 Adults/ Seniors + 1 Children (any extra persons must pay regular admission)

PLEASE NOTE: after you have sent your sponsorship donation we will send you a follow up email

to confirm your animal of choice and the name(s) that you would like displayed on the animal's enclosure.

If you prefer to contribute useful items, please consider donating an item from our wishlist.

We've put together a list of much-needed supplies that will help us maintain the park and care for our animals. You can easily donate a gift by following this Link to our Amazon wishlist.

  • 30” kitchen oven

  • LCD monitors

  • Laptop computers (Windows 7 or newer)

  • Working bikes

  • Aquarium accessories

    • Heat pads

    • Lights (UV, LED)

    • Heat lamps

    • Water Filters

  • Cleaning supplies (NOT pinesol, windex)
